Complaints

We pride ourselves on providing a high level of good service. However, we recognise that things can go wrong sometimes. If you are unhappy with any service we provide, we will deal with it internally in the first instance.

If you did not receive a response after 8 weeks of making a complaint or you are not satisfied with our final response, you may complain to the Legal Ombudsman. The Legal Ombudsman is a free and independent service. They have the power to resolve complaints between clients and their solicitors. Complaints to the Ombudsman should be made within one year of the event you complained about, and no later than 6 months from when you receive our final decision.
